Property & Inventory Control
Inventory management and accountability for movable equipment requires the leadership of the property division of the Controller's Office and the support of campus deans, department heads, or directors who work together in a coordinated effort to maintain asset management records and inventory control.
This combined commitment will ensure the success of our equipment inventory management program.
Inventory control does not include non-capital items or requests such as replacing or removing chairs, desks, or other furnishings. If you have requests of this nature, please connect with Facilities or Receiving.
